If an insurance company assigns us your claim (at your request), then we can facilitate the project directly through them, otherwise your contractor or you can contact us directly to schedule your repair. We will complete the scope of work as described in your "Scope of Loss" and can work directly with the Insurance company to let them know the work has been completed. In the event that you or your contractor are managing the claim, then either party can contact us directly to schedule repairs.
This is not uncommon. Because our technicians have the advantage of working on your project with some positional advantages over a ground inspection, we often find hail damage that adjusters simply fail to notice. It's not their fault. They are busy folks. We simply document the additional damage and submit photos for your insurance company to review and approve.
We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion date. Our projects usually take 10-15 days from assignment to completion.
